Drink:
Water – 1 cup
Ginger powder – 2 tsp
Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
Brown sugar – 4 tsp
Almond, pistachio, nuts and peanuts, mix all and take 1 cup every day. Also add milk, lentils, vegetables and water in your daily food.
Mask no 1:
Carrot – 1 crushed
Milk – 1 cup
Glycolic acid cream – 15g
Urea – 2%
Mix and massage on face. Leave for 10 minutes then wash.
Mask no 2:
Glycerine – 2 tsp
Lemon – ½
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Sweet almond oil – 2 to 3 drops
Vitamin C cream
Mix all in 2 tsp water and apply on face. Wash after 10 to 15 minutes.
Mask no 3:
Cream, turmeric powder, 1 pinch alum and glycolic acid cream, mix and apply on face for 15 minutes. Then wash.
Cream no 1:
Take vitamin C lotion and mix in hydroquinone 2% and apply on face. Then spray rose water.
Cream no 2:
PABA cream SPF15
Vitamin A cream
Glycerine
Trimcinolone cream
Hydroquinone cream
Mix all and apply on face twice a day
